Worst pharmacy experience ever. The customer service rep couldn't tell if my prescription was there or not(it was when i spoke to someone else). When they processed my prescription and made the medication they made the wrong one(cream vs elage) and i didn't realize it right away since i apply to my skin. I started getting hot flashes again(after at least 10-15 yrs) and once i switched to heb compounding all my symptoms went away. Prescriptions are filled improperly and staff is not properly trained. Zero stars.

Would not give them a single star. Their customer service is worse than poor. Tried to refill a prescription for OVER 2-weeks. Talked to a clerk, then a male pharmacist the first week. Was told we will reach out to physician's office for refill. A week later I called they informed me that the physician's office had not responded. Called physician's office they stated no contact. Next day physician's office called had received fax. Called Strive 3-days (Friday) later still not processed. Was told will "expedite" to ship Monda... read more
