Would not give me pricing. I have been on the same medication for 3 years. I'm not going to waste my doctors time sending a prescription to a company that is not transparent.

This pharmacy has developed terrible customer service. I have used them before and didn't have a problem. They bought the pharmacy I was using in San Antonio. I got two prescriptions filled by them and it was fairly easy. I changed providers and she sent in a prescription for me. Today is 31 days and they still don't have the process started. They keep telling her they are working on it. They are telling me the same thing. They said there is paperwork for her to complete to become a member of their registered pharmacists? My... read more

I ordered Tirzepatide/B12/Glycine through Lavendar Sky and Strive Pharmacy made the compound. I had an adverse effect the very next day after the shot (heart palpitations), which turned out to be PVCs for the first time in my life. I am using Metoprolol to treat them now. Please do not use compounds for GLP-1s! They are not regulated or safe. Not worth it.
