The first prescription they didn't include the irrigation bottle, but since I already had one I let it go. They both texted and emailed multiple (on the verge of too many) times. I heard nothing at all about the second order for a different prescription. I had to call them, and was told they were "waiting for payment" and they had sent me an invoice.
