I stopped by this location to see about renting a storage unit. The office was closed so I called the phone number that was posted. Diane answered the phone immediately and was great from the start. She walked me through filling out the forms over the phone. She had me set up and ready to use my new storage facility before I left the premises! I have not rented here before but the facility looks very clean and up kept. Thanks Diane for being an excellent customer service representative!
Easy reservation process. great access hours. Available quickly when I had an issue. Solved it within minutes. Units are clean and dry. And it was a great deal
I’ve been searching everywhere close to what I wanted. Stronghold has the best price for the unit size I needed, all the other places I checked out didn’t even have a big enough size. It was easy and fast to complete my rental. Thank you Hannah for all the help.
