Really quick and easy to get to from the highway and it was super easy to get set up with my storage unit. I purchased a piece of furniture from a client but needed somewhere to put it temporarily. I really needed a solution before I could go and pick up my new stuff. It took only minutes to call management, get the proper codes, and open the door to my new unit. It was clean and that's all I needed. I am confident in referring this place if any of my friends are in the same situation.
Getting the unit was super easy! The young lady who calls to confirm is extremely helpful! Prices are the best around! 10/10 highly recommend!
Staff was very friendly and even helped us unload our truck and get stuff into the storage unit when we lost one of our movers (we forgot the lock) they were so nice, showing us where to go and helping us, and they were very patient before I actually rented to because I kept calling with questions.
Recent change in management has resulted in abysmal customer service. The office on site is perpetually closed and my calls are rerouted to a call center, where they can’t answer my questions about whether there will be office staff again at any point in time. The last time I was at my unit, the extremely janky door almost took my head off when it fell on me as I exited, which was observed by a maintenance worker.
