I stopped by this location to see about renting a storage unit. The office was closed so I called the phone number that was posted. Diane answered the phone immediately and was great from the start. She walked me through filling out the forms over the phone. She had me set up and ready to use my new storage facility before I left the premises! I have not rented here before but the facility looks very clean and up kept. Thanks Diane for being an excellent customer service representative!

Staff was very friendly and even helped us unload our truck and get stuff into the storage unit when we lost one of our movers (we forgot the lock) they were so nice, showing us where to go and helping us, and they were very patient before I actually rented to because I kept calling with questions.
Chris was really helpful to get to be caught up. They are great people to rent storage space from I would definitely keep doing it and I recommend them to anybody.
5x5 was perfect for the space I needed and at a really low cost! Super happy I can store my stuff safely without breaking the bank!
