Family has had good experience with them in the past. Having to get another unit for awhile so going back to them. Would recommend that the website includes the extra insurance coverage as part of the online quote because it felt a little like bait and switch to be told that while trying to finalize the rental. Service was good otherwise.

After comparing prices,I chose Stronghold in Erlanger. I probably had 100 questions. Hanna was amazing and very helpful in choosing the right unit for me. She showed me 6 different size units and was positive through all the work I put her through. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with. She noticed I had veteran plates on my truck and mentioned a veteran discount. Thx again Hanna
Jewel very pleasant to deal with on the phone. She actually called me back within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! We were able to set everything up and we’ll see how this works out!
Top tier reservation service from Jane! She covered all the bases and I could actually hear her smile through the phone. Nobody wants to have to put things in storage, but she made the task of securing a unit less daunting, and we so appreciate it.
