Property Manager was great! She was very knowledgeable about her property, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Made the move in process quick and easy. I rented a climate controlled unit. Very clean property, easy access to my unit. Great price! Highly recommend this property for your next storage unit!
Great communication from the staff when I needed to buy a unit remotely. The location is also convenient, and the security seems to be adequate. However the units themselves look like they have seen better days, and since the terrain on which the units are built is uneven, there is a steep grade leading to the upper row. I didn't have to go up it in my 20 ft truck thankfully, but I could see all the scrapes of vehicles that bottomed out trying to get up it. Family has had good experience with them in the past. Having to get another unit for awhile so going back to them. Would recommend that the website includes the extra insurance coverage as part of the online quote because it felt a little like bait and switch to be told that while trying to finalize the rental. Service was good otherwise.
After comparing prices,I chose Stronghold in Erlanger. I probably had 100 questions. Hanna was amazing and very helpful in choosing the right unit for me. She showed me 6 different size units and was positive through all the work I put her through. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with. She noticed I had veteran plates on my truck and mentioned a veteran discount. Thx again Hanna
I like this place and have been a renter of two units for several years. It did recently change ownership and they made some improvements, primary of which was climate-controlled interior units which makes dealing with your stuff a much more pleasant experience, especially during the heat of summer! I also like the simplified gate codes and nice rental reps. I do wish they’d offer a dumpster for trash items as the old ownership did, though.
