I’ve been renting a 5x5 storage unit here and overall, my experience has been very positive. The unit is the perfect size for storing boxes, seasonal items, and a few small pieces of furniture without feeling cramped. Debby Koslovsky is the manager at the Franklin/Middletown location and she is the absolute sweetest- Her and her husband. She is extremely organized and the units are very well maintained and cared for and she pays attention and goes above and beyond - phone calls, in person, emails - she has you covered. I've rented from there on a few separate occasions - daughter moving in and out from college, post college, from selling home to combining households. She takes great care of us each time. Highly recommend this facility. They offer office and warehouse space as well as storage space, if you can get your hands on something available. Very nice and well kept, always making improvements. Tightly secure with alot of police presence patrolling near facility. Staff, especially Debi at the front office is the best. Very kind and accommodating. She makes your experience effortless. If your in need of there services this is the facility to choose.
Debby is such a pleasure. She made the move in and out an easy process. My husband has passed when I initially rented the unit. I am thankful for all her help. Debby's customer service was and always has been exceptional. Thank you, Debby.
