My things have been in storage since 2014 and I recently moved and couldn’t believe how well everything was in same condition as when I first stored it. The manager Debby always kept the place cleaned and well maintained.she was always there if needed even after hours not many managers would do that but she went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a storage unit in Middletown/Franklin area. Five star service and facilities.
Always has great customer service
I was looking for a storage unit for my personal business but decided to rent out a office instead. But people were complaining about the office that we rented saying dogs were barking all day and night and people were staying over at night? Really? Yes I have a dog (ONE) but he's old and with me at all times and barely barks. We were trying to get everything we needed from a small apartment and a small car, they wanted us out because other people wanted that office space. So we had it for 4 days?
