I’ve been renting a 5x5 storage unit here and overall, my experience has been very positive. The unit is the perfect size for storing boxes, seasonal items, and a few small pieces of furniture without feeling cramped. Ever since the new company took over, they have no communication skills and they are over charging people for insurance when you already have it and I am switching to a different storage place. I am not happy at all!!! I forgot to mention that Debbie is the only person who seems to know what is going on and very helpful in situations and she has been there a long time. I hope they appreciate her.
Very easy to deal with. Needed to upgrade the size of my storage and the process was simple and quick. Storage facility is well kept. Highly recommend.
My experience with All my storage units I have had since 2015 has been great just because of Debbie n how she runs it n how she is with All of us Tenants...as we all know things never stay the same but we hope the new owners don't change too much n pray prices don't go up.....thank you
