Pat was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions and was very communicative about our options. He went above and beyond in not only inspecting our basement area, but also the rest of our house, giving us pointers and tips along the way. We developed serious drainage issues when a large house was built on a hill above our home. What had been a grassy drainage ditch was suddenly a flowing torrent of water after heavy rains. Ken Fraine designed a drainage ditch using river rock. His crew did a wonderful installation job. The ditch has kept the water flow contained during heavy rain. A definite plus has been that it is a great addition to our landscaping.
