The estimator came out and took measurements and then sat down and explained each step of what was wront, the repair process, the warrantied items, and what additional costs may be incurred as a result of the repair. He answered all of my questions and I didn't feel like I was being "sold". <br /> On the day of the repair, the crew was on time and immediately got to work. The team was great, from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, always on time, always professional, and explained everything to us along the way. Larry Todd spent a great deal of time reviewing our property and explaining the issues and proposed repairs. Edward and his team showed up on time and kept me informed of what they were doing, and they cleaned up when they left (cleaner than when they started!). Had some concerns with some areas on the outside of the house, and had asked these folks to come take a look. They showed up on time and talked with me through all the concerns that I had. At the end, I was asked to take a few simple actions on my own to address some minor issues, and there was no charge for the visit. I would definitely recommend these folks again, as I found them to be very honest and trustworthy.

They employees that came in did the work were excellent. They covered the house very well and prevented any dust. Cleaned up everything after the job was complete.

We are very pleased with the evaluation of our home. Curtis was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He looked around our house, addressed specific areas that we brought to his attention and took measurements. He determined that our house is level and does not require any foundation repair, but should be need it in the future, we would not hesitate to contact Structured.
