I am having water intrusion issues between the sill plate and my foundation. Structured Foundation came out to evaluate. They were on time and very professional. They gave me a candid evaluation and told me that I had some gutter and soil issues and not foundation issues. They further told me that they could fix the gutters but that they would be more expensive and that I could get the same results for this type of job elsewhere. Awesome Job by Structured Foundation Repairs Inc!!! As a first time buyer, I had not much clue about structural/foundation issues and I had Structured Foundation folks (Rodney) inspect the home. What an awesome job he did...not only did he thoroughly inspect the house but also explained the potential issues/repairs/pricing I could expect if I were to buy that house...of-course I backed out from buying that house.........Thanks a ton <strong><em>Rodney Caprio</em></strong>for helping me make that concrete judgement. <br />
