Structured Foundation Repairs Inc. have really competitive prices. It was close, but I am going to use a different company. I would still give Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc. a good review. They're very thorough. I had no negative impression of them. I had a positive experience with them.
They did a great job on the installation and the follow-up. More importantly, 11 months later, when I had concerns about the house - primarily about foundation repairs done 14 years earlier by one of their competitors - they sent Chad Martin, their Warranty Specialist, out to check. Chad checked all of the levels in the house - not just in the area where they had done the work, and reassured me that everything was fine and my house needed no additional work. Eight man crew worked to raise end of house. No damage to our walls. Checked leveling as they went and worked together for lifting equally. <br />
Jeff Ellison came to our home to give us an estimate regarding some cracks above our windows. Our house is old...and dated...and needs some TLC. Before we renovate we cant to make sure there are no structural issues. Jeff was extremely knowledgable and thorough. I had received bids from 3 different foundation repair companies based off a structural engineer's report that I had done. They were not the lowest bidder. I selected another company that I had used before, but they tried to add additional charges when they got out here to install the piers. There was pool equipment that needed to be worked around in the digging. I had told all companies of this, but only Structured actually came out and looked at it. Jefferie explained what he was doing every step of the way, was very detailed in his inspection, leaving me confident of his assessment. In my opinion he was was professional and I would definitely use Structured Foundation Repairs if I have the need in the future.
