I have taken ~15 classes here so far as a beginner completely new to pilates. It's been a fantastic experience; all of the instructors are so encouraging no matter what level you are. They give modifications as well for different physical ability levels. I have definitely noticed more toning in my muscles and feel stronger overall. I found studio six through ClassPass and have loved going to every class. The instructors are super friendly and informative and make Pilates non-intimidating. If you’re looking to get into Pilates or want to change studios, I would definitely recommend trying here.
It's not bad. But it's not true Pilates and if you are looking for the traditional benefits of Pilates I would look elsewhere. Also on a megaformer style machine not a reformer. The studio has so many machines, and while the instructor was kind and was great at helping with form I would say the ability to follow the class is hindered by the size of the studio and the description of the moves in my class. Definitely would describe it is more of a lagree style class.
The people here are friendly. The studio is large (I think 16 reformers) and clean. The class was challenging. I loved it!
Absolute favorite work out! The instructors and staff are so friendly. I was a runner before and was looking to get more “tone” in my muscles. I have never had abs until I took this class! I saw NOTICABLE results after only 3 weeks! It’s also easy to social distance since all of the machines are more than 6 ft. apart.
