Everybody was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I came in for xrays and a cleaning and everything was explained clearly throughout the appointment. The cleaning was thorough and gentle. The team took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, organized and super welcoming. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I accompanied my boyfriend to his appointment, and although I wasn't the patient, I was there throughout the visit. We have never had such an amazing dental experience before. The hygienist, Naseen was incredibly professional, thorough, caring, and friendly. Had my first appointment today and I am sooo happy with the service I received. I saw Dr. PRAVEENA first with Afra So welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and not nervous as the dentist can be scary.. They did my check up and I even had a filling done ( nooo freezing ) no pain and it done so gently . Everything was explained and I felt totally comfortable! Then I saw the Hygienist who was Amer.. I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Nasim, who cleaned my teeth.
