I was taking out my trash and mistakenly threw my keys (house keys, work keys and car keys) in the trash compactor. As I’m walking back to my apartment I notice I don’t have my keys. I begin to panic as I traced my steps to see if I dropped them. Must o mention it’s a Sunday night (after 8pm, my phone is dying and I have nothing). I went to the office and seen a flyer regarding ice cream and it had a phone number on it. I called the number and it said “for and emergency press 1”. studio park Of course, I recommend to others. Very great team especially. The manager is the main manager of Studio Park and, of course, I thank the assistant manager. Everything is fine, Why did I put the sign 9? Because there is one problem, only the park needs to be fixed.
Worst Apartments ! DO NOT MOVE THERE !!!!! Red head lay in the office is so raicest and rude . They don’t fix nothing in the appartments, soooo many roaches they will say they coming to spray and they just multiply! I put in work orders to fix the sink in the bathroom from flooding my counter they just come tape it and never replaced it . They will charge you so fast for late fees but won’t even come fix what you ask to be fixed ! I want to commend Mr. Yonel Inozile, a Studio Parc worker who went above and beyond to ensure my safety. During the storm early Saturday morning the power to my apartment went out. He returned the call I made to the emergency number. He also came by the apartment at about 3am to ensure I was okay. Yonel keep up the good work.💯
I lived in this complex since 2019. I’ve always paid my rent on time. I let this woman who needed help stay in my place while I was in another place working my job. Now the complex is filing an eviction against me who is not late on his rent? But because this person who I allowed to stay in my place has not left. My credit is now going to be challenged for me having a good heart and helping a woman and her two kids have a place to stay for short period of time.
