I have been living in this place for a few years, and I have seen many people at this location come and gone over the years. Right now at Studio Parc Apartments I'm having the privilege, and honor to be dealing with three wonderful people starting with Cecilia, Brianna and Martin. I know it is not easy for them to preform and fulfill their duties while dealing with the public but they go above and beyond to make things happen over here. I intentionally waited 5 months to write a review in order to fully evaluate the place. The rent is a little high for essentially a 2 room (1 br.) apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, my requests for repairs are hit and miss, as some requests took multiple days, while others took a few hours (once the new day began). The location here is really good, that was the main reason I choose to reside here. Martin helped me so much with securing my apartment & honestly couldn’t be more grateful for his patience and willingness to go a thousand extra miles for my mom and I !
Bad experience. Theoretically, it is a non-smoking community, but the smell of marijuana enters the apartment and you have to live with the unbearable smell! There are people smoking and drinking everywhere and of course there is always loud music. There is an infestation of cockroaches that is impossible to control. I tried everything but it never worked. I had a car towed even though everything was fine and the manager just told me to go after the company that towed it and took all the responsibility away. Studioparc is very fun and the girl Briana and Cecilia are so nice and they gave us candy from the leasing office.
