The apartment has definitely improved, we have a new management that cares for the facility, who gets involved, and makes sure that the job is done right. Briana and the manager are the sweetest ladies we have ever met and made the experience living at Studio Parc so much easier 😊💖 - Ruth and Baby Ruth :)
From the moment I moved in it was a shakey experience. The house was infested with roaches and it seemed like they just bombed the place before I arrived and didn’t even clean up the dead roaches. They didn’t have any other units available when I asked to me moved to a unit that was READY for move in. I lived there for a year and paid for pest control … and had to fight every day to live peacefully. Who wants to wake up to that and go to bed going on a rampage to kill every bug seen? Avoid This Place – It's a Nightmare Do not move here. My experience has been terrible from the start and has only gotten worse. I was scheduled to move in on August 2nd, but two days before, they changed my apartment because the original one wasn’t ready. On move-in day, they refused to give me the key because their system didn’t show my rent payment. I was taking out my trash and mistakenly threw my keys (house keys, work keys and car keys) in the trash compactor. As I’m walking back to my apartment I notice I don’t have my keys. I begin to panic as I traced my steps to see if I dropped them. Must o mention it’s a Sunday night (after 8pm, my phone is dying and I have nothing). I went to the office and seen a flyer regarding ice cream and it had a phone number on it. I called the number and it said “for and emergency press 1”.
