I have been living in this place for a few years, and I have seen many people at this location come and gone over the years. Right now at Studio Parc Apartments I'm having the privilege, and honor to be dealing with three wonderful people starting with Cecilia, Brianna and Martin. I know it is not easy for them to preform and fulfill their duties while dealing with the public but they go above and beyond to make things happen over here. A lemon of an apartment! I've have been living here for five months and it has been awful the smell of mildew and mold will NOT go away and nothing can be done about it, so I am told. I must have my windows open consistently while running my AC unit as well and still the stench remains. My apartment has grown mildew and mold on my walls and on my clothes and belongings. Beware !! Don’t rent here !! Roaches !! Mildew growing on clothes and belongings, ac leaking in ceiling ! The staff are clueless and incompetent . Don’t fall for this scam !! The management doesn’t take action or try to care for a transfer to another unit . This place is a dump .
I intentionally waited 5 months to write a review in order to fully evaluate the place. The rent is a little high for essentially a 2 room (1 br.) apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, my requests for repairs are hit and miss, as some requests took multiple days, while others took a few hours (once the new day began). The location here is really good, that was the main reason I choose to reside here.
