Disappointed Applicant I am a recent college grad and took a job in area and was looking for apartments. This place was at the top of my list after visiting because the surrounding area was very nice and it was conveniently located near my work. Disappointed Applicant The area looks really nice from the outside. I always really loved the area and the events I would attend. The issue is the management/leasing staff. The staff changed while I was an applicant and both times no one is professional or understand the product that they are renting to residents. My experience was over a two month period and I had to keep in contact with the office to get answers on my application status, welcome letter and move in. We apologize that you did not had a positive experience. We can assure you this is not the type of service we strive to provide and an apartment should not have been shown when it was not ready. While I don't know the details regarding not getting the deposit back, I have passed your comments on to the property manager to see what we can get rectified and why the deposit may not have been returned.
Not renewing The apartment is pretty but I WILL NOT live anywhere that has roaches Not acceptable with the amount of rent I pay. I moved in August 20 and seen about 4. Disgusting I’ve never had roaches in my other apartments and I’m just so pissed about this The move in list hasn’t been completed yet Just not excited about living in these apartments anymore
Poor Property Management I have lived here a short time and have had a less than favorable experience with many issues. I would not recommend to others seeking out a peaceful place to live. I am keeping a running list of experiences, and will update my review upon move out.

Bad customer service I don’t live there but attempted to call about availability. The unit that was listed as available was not and upon calling the woman was extremely rude.
