Maverick arrived as scheduled and began service on our two heater systems. He spent two hours and a half performing his inspections. I had obtained a list of service items to be performed which I felt was a thorough performance check. I didn't watch him, but he showed me the check list he had recorded during the inspections, which were to added to my file. I was pleased with his work; he was friendly, helpful, and seemed knowledgeable. He even offered to return to the attic and replace a light bulb!
Highly recommend to anyone considering this company. They responded within a good amount of time when I first reached out and the technicians came out the very next day. The technicians, Kyle and Maverick, were able to find the problem with my AC unit and had it fixed quickly and efficiently while explaining everything clearly to me and my husband. I look forward to the membership I signed up for with them where they do maintenance on my AC unit twice a year.
Sub Zero serviced my furnace 2 months ago. I was assured it was in good shape & would be fine through the winter. Last night, it stopped working. Despite advertising themselves as 24 Hour service, it took hours for me to get a call back. I had better luck getting service from another company.
All thanks to the SubZero Heating and Air Conditioning company. Their talented owner, Austin and service technicians, Chris and Kyle rebuilt my trust and faith in doing business with service companies. They went above and beyond in service from what I've experienced in a long time. They quickly found a unit for my home and professionally installed it. The company did incredible job in my house replacing the broken system. First of all they are incredibly nice people. Very experienced and knowledgeable. They did the job replacing old system for a new heat pump in a record time. Without unnecessary mess and stress. Thank you Sub zero.
