Austin was great we called on Saturday on a holiday weekend. No extra fee came right on out that day. The unit had a bad compressor. He repaired a leak and added a part. It ran great for a few hours. But the compressor went out that night at around 8 that night. Called and Austin answered said he’ll be over in 15 mins. Wasn’t expecting him to come back over that very day much less that night. Called Subzero about air conditioner problem, got an appointment for the next day repairman showed up on time and immediately went to work, to find the problem. After a few minutes he told me that the blower motor was bad, told me he would call the office and see how long it would take to get another one. After talking to the office, he said that they had one in stock and that someone would bring it out.
