Greg, the salesman, was very accommodating, He gave me the VIP treatment and even delivered the car to me as he found out my husband has health issues and it isn’t easy for me to leave him alone! He got me exactly the car I wanted and hurried along the process (with Fraser in finance) so I didn’t have to stay there longer than necessary! I appreciated the kindness and respect shown to me!
What had to be done, was explained carefully and everything.they said they were going to do they did and got it done faster than I was expecting. I left feeling happy we have such a good Dealership in Bend
The sales person, Nick was very welcoming. He was able to answer all our questions. He took us out to the lot to show us the model we were interested in. He arranged for us to test drive the car. During the drive he answered our questions and pointed out features on the car. Back at the dealership he showed us the service department in answer to our questions about that service. I stopped into the dealership and asked if they had time to change my oil. It was 4:30pm, so I didn’t think it likely. However, the workers were very kind and friendly and were very happy to serve me. They got my service finished in record time. They were most accommodating and treated me as though they actually appreciated my business! Not so common these days! I am impressed with the service every time I go to Bend Subaru! Highly recommend!
Great service. Free car wash is a bonus. Jake was excellent at communicating the work done and status of service. 5 stars!
