Jake had an odd sense of humor that I was confused by at first, but he went over and above trying to help me with some questions I had. my only reason for not giving five stars was being told my service was going to take an hour and having it take an hour and 35 minutes.
Dropping my car off was very easy and the person I talked to was nice. Unfortunately, I was not told that they were going to keep my car there overnight. I feel like there was a very large lack of communication between the service and me. When I called, I wasn’t able to reach the service department. When I did talk to someone, everyone treated me very well, but would have hoped to have better communication about my car. Appointment made easily online. Car serviced in less than quoted time. Return ride home and back to Subaru convenient. Friendly and knowledgeable service dept. Car washed.
They fixed the brakes on my car, my appt was at 11 and they didn’t get it done until almost 3. Everyone was nice but why make an appt?
Very quick and easy process!
This is the second time I've had Chris as a service advisor. While spending a lot of money on a major inspection is not my favorite activity, these people make it worthwhile. I am always more comfortable after having my Subaru serviced here. In addition to the friendly and helpful service advisor, I was able to Uber home and back when my car was ready. Very slick.
