Do Not Stay Here! Where do I begin... Roaches in my room, No ice maker in hotel, They charge you $3 for a towel, They are out of toilet paper, backdoor is wired open so ANYONE can come in hotel. I have been here 7 days and still no room cleaning! I put a bag from Doordash outside my door. They opened my door and put it back in my room!!!! BE AWARE before staying here.
The first rooms door didn't work so they gave us a different room. It took forever to swap The room and keys. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The kitchen appliances were old, worn, and dirty. Despite being a non smoking room the room had been smoked in and there were cigarette burn marks on the sink in the bathroom. The booking says breakfast is provided, but when checking in we were told it's just coffee, which was also never put out or made available. Do not stay here despite the good location near food and shopping.
Disgusting room. Bed only had two thin sheets and a thin linen blanket. Tub was atrociously nasty. A bunch of mold and scum. We stayed in 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled dirty. The room itself smelled gross. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. We slept with the windows open because the stench of the room was horrible. The carpet was dirty and so was the fridge. Close to Fort Moore base. Good coffee. Night shift staff is awesome; they were friendly and the customer service was top tier. On the second day around 10:30am I called to extend my reservation (Im a member, they have my card on file), I was informed that my reservation was extended, just to check in at the front desk when I came back to the hotel. I had to go to my room when I got back, so the person I was traveling with checked in at the desk. The next shift had apparently come in and they were terrible. Even though I was ... read more
