Worst service experience i ever had. Called beginning of May to get an appointment. Had to wait 3 weeks to bring it in. Understandable, time of year. Brought it day before appointment. 3 1/2 weeks later i picked it up. Work still not done. Called twice on s Friday. Marine tech not working today and won't be on Monday either. Call back on Tuesday. Or we had the part but we sold it. Called Trailside sports in Espanola a week ago. Brought boat to them yesterday. Work getting done Wednesday.
Had to return some parts, would not refund to credit card that I paid with but are sending a check in the mail. In this day and age that is total BS Now I have to make a trip to the bank……you have to do better Its two weeks later….still have not received my check for $400.00 worth of returned parts. GREAT SERVICE !!
Don’t bother going there for service they don’t have a mechanic. We came with a rear wheel bearing problem on Tenere 700 they had no parts no mechanic. We could get the parts near by but they would not allow us to used their tools. Don’t seek help there they won’t help you. I bought a Yamaha for the dealer network as I travel adventure all the time. If it’s the service Yamaha provides I may as well buy a Kove 800x.
Dealt with Shaun for my new Grizzly. He was patient and took the time to explain everything, and made the experience a lot of fun! 10/10, highly recommend!
Worst place to get your quad fixed been waiting since the beginning of May got an appointment date for May 26 then Yamaha delayed it to June the 8th then on June 25 they call to say they did the service and the axle is broke and they need to order parts but the axle is why I brought it there in the first place then they say it will be done for Canada day. It's now July 7 and my quad looks like a scrap pile in there lot all ripped apart and now it won't be ready till August apparently
