Worst service experience i ever had. Called beginning of May to get an appointment. Had to wait 3 weeks to bring it in. Understandable, time of year. Brought it day before appointment. 3 1/2 weeks later i picked it up. Work still not done. Called twice on s Friday. Marine tech not working today and won't be on Monday either. Call back on Tuesday. Or we had the part but we sold it. Called Trailside sports in Espanola a week ago. Brought boat to them yesterday. Work getting done Wednesday.
Dealt with Shaun for my new Grizzly. He was patient and took the time to explain everything, and made the experience a lot of fun! 10/10, highly recommend!
Had to return some parts, would not refund to credit card that I paid with but are sending a check in the mail. In this day and age that is total BS Now I have to make a trip to the bank……you have to do better Its two weeks later….still have not received my check for $400.00 worth of returned parts. GREAT SERVICE !!
Worst experience ever at Sudbury Yamaha. Brought my motor in for a new lover unit, they had it for 5 months. They they had to send lower unit to another boat dealer to put new hub inside the lower unit. The mechanic in sudbury did not have the right tools to do the job, he ruined the new bearings inside hub trying. Nobody ever returned my calls i had to go in everytime, service manager would not speak to me he refused to. Don’t bother going there for service they don’t have a mechanic. We came with a rear wheel bearing problem on Tenere 700 they had no parts no mechanic. We could get the parts near by but they would not allow us to used their tools. Don’t seek help there they won’t help you. I bought a Yamaha for the dealer network as I travel adventure all the time. If it’s the service Yamaha provides I may as well buy a Kove 800x.
