Sue greeted us with her big smile. She answered our questions. When we returned her call, She contacted us back the very evening to return our call. Then stayed late that night to get the new paper work ready. This shows me she is very dedicated to her clients.
I have known Sue professionally for many years but I had not used her personally for my own loans until recently. As I expected she was awesome! We had several difficulties with the builder and she was always there to help. Her calmness through the storm was much appreciated. She made a change in the middle of our loan, but never missed a beat. She is an amazing person and a stupendous loan officer!
