I've lived in... (Verified Renter) I've lived in bad complexes and this is not one of them. Under the old staff it was getting that way and as long as they don't try and overprice out good people again this will stay a great complex.

Good location. Close... (Verified Renter) Good location. Close to downtown Lawrenceville. Quiet neighborhood. Good sized apartments. Huge gym with plenty of equipment.

I've only been... (Verified Renter) I've only been a resident for 2 weeks, but the ladies in the management office , Sandra, Maria and (Can't remember the other lady name) but they have been a delite, very pleasant and always working to get the job done for whatever my concern or issue is. And though I haven't had much of any reason to complain ...but my few requests were addressed in a timely fashion.
