I have lived in this unit since 2018 and overall I have been happy with living here. I was a little worried when the property managers changed over, however, the new staff are great and have been so helpful whenever I needed them. They are efficient and always with a smile. The apartment building is kept clean and the exterior is always well maintained with plants, mowing and making the entrance looking like a nice place to come home to. The place was new and beautiful when I moved in but you are so understaffed that it didn’t take long for your new building to start to decline The staff could not keep up with the demand set upon them

One of the worst managed properties I've ever lived/worked with. Only one resident manager was great, the rest just always worked like they really didn't want to be there, if they worked at all. They call 1045 Waterloo ST in Port Elgin "luxury" but it was far from it. Elevator broken at least once a month, dirty hallways, a community room that has not been in use for over a year, which was on the original lease. A parking lot in shambles.
