The place was new and beautiful when I moved in but you are so understaffed that it didn’t take long for your new building to start to decline The staff could not keep up with the demand set upon them

One of the worst managed properties I've ever lived/worked with. Only one resident manager was great, the rest just always worked like they really didn't want to be there, if they worked at all. They call 1045 Waterloo ST in Port Elgin "luxury" but it was far from it. Elevator broken at least once a month, dirty hallways, a community room that has not been in use for over a year, which was on the original lease. A parking lot in shambles. People permitted to toke in their vehicles while ignitions running. Noise complain... read more
