I like the neighborhood & my neighbors. 4 years haved passed with no improvements , but lot rent keeps going up. Road is horrible. Dont like riding my bike on this road . Can only imagine the damage to others vehicles. Kids need park area instead of playing in road. Nice open are already here . Just need owners to improve the property. For the most, neighbors are peaceful and freindly within the area. Which is probably the only thing that keeps me here.
New manager is the worst that they has ever had, she lets her kids live in south park & they can break any rule they want, yell & cuss at their kids but if you call her and say a word she'll hang up on you, really professional !!! She's a complete joke the park looks worse then it has in the past 20 years and getting worse by the day..
It's a trailer park. It's one of the cleaner ones I have been by that's for sure. I do not know anybody that lives there but I will review it anyway
I delivered a home to them back on April. We drove to Illinois Monday and hooked back up to the home and re deliver house to different location in Decatur. What the hell took them so long?
It was pleasant except for the stench that filled the air from the water treatment plant. It reeks of amonia and poop.
