This is my first review. 😁I’m very pleased with the process and with the building. Sales department needs more training and should communicate better about the process. Contractor did a great job. Coordinator was informative. Last on the job was Garage Doors and they did great. The Lady in this department was very polite and informative. Great experience. Ordered some customs lean to trusses and I'm sure i confused bill, but they cam out like they were suppose to. Very easy transaction and delivery was on time. Will buy from you guys again. Thanks bill!!!
Great experience overall, unfortunately the final stage of the build is where we ran into problems with them. Their garage door department was awful, particularly one entitled lady (think her name started with a K) who made it seem like I was working for her. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Spoke to her boss who said he would make it right but never heard from anyone again. Was going to have them do another building for me but will likely go somewhere else. One bad apple.
Best company to deal with if you are looking for quality and the best bang for your buck! They built 2 beautiful cottages for us!
The lumber is superior to anything you can get from a chain store. They pull your order quickly. I gave 5 stars, but have one complaint that didn't affect my rating. I wish they gave orange/red flags to put on the lumber sticking out of the bed of your truck or trailer.
