DJ at summertown metals is amazing to work with! He is very responsive and was so attentive and helpful while building our barndominium. He even went to the property multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. He genuinely cares about the work he does and makes sure that he does an excellent job. Summertown metals is such a great company to work with and helped us build a barndomium that is custom to fit our needs for our family and our farm.
I would strongly caution anyone considering Summertown Metals. Based on my experience with multiple pole barns they constructed for me, I observed several serious concerns with both workmanship and installation practices. First, the installers attempted to set posts by placing dry concrete into the holes without properly mixing it or adding water, appearing to rely on ground moisture for curing. DJ helped us every step in the process. We are now finished with framing and about to start the inside work. Our hope was to have someone start and complete every process without having to worry or change. So far our expectations and experience has been met.

Summertown of Hayden went above and beyond on my build! Joe Mast made sure my build was on track and correct, even to the point of working on my home himself! Ed Carter walked me through the process and responded to me quickly on any questions I had. We need more folks like them in this world! I would recommend Summertown to anyone wanting to build.
