Summertown Metals built the shell for our house in Bristol TN. They did an amazing job. The materials are excellent quality and the contractors they use to build and for the concrete work are excellent. They work quickly as we went from just a concrete pad to complete shell in 7 days.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Derek Stoll and the Summertown Metals team. Derek went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were there when they said they would be there, gave us a great product and exceeded our expectations beyond measure. I highly recommend Derek and Summertown Metals!
Where to Start!!!!!! Summertown Metals is good for framework and that is it!!!!! Turnkey should be an absolute no go for anyone considering this company. The project management is a disaster on its best day if as much time was spent on correcting issues as it was pointing the finger at point employees more would be accomplished.
