Management and Maintenance teams The management team here is outstanding and the maintenance team is very quick and efficient with their work orders - Emerson and Sam. Honestly, these guys deserve a lot of praise for their solid work ethic and ability to work around you and your apartment restrictions and then still get the job done. Cannot say enough about their flexibilty!

Home The respect and courtesy that the management team shows to the residents is outstanding. They make you feel like you matter. The location is great, and the property is well kept . I have been a resident for some time, and I am satisfied to call this my home.

New Tenant at Summerview I have never felt so welcomed and respected as I have by Regan and Aiden. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for in a home. I have been looking at Summerview for two years and finally decided to call it home. The absolute best decision I have made. Great property; even better hospitality! I moved into the area back in November and it’s been perfect! I tend to make frequent visits to the clubhouse to utilize the free coffee, and never fail to be greeted warmly and have a nice conversation that makes me continue to feel welcomed in the community. Great choice in the Polaris (Columbus North) area I love living at Summerview! I moved in back in September and it has been such a great experience thus far. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully landscaped. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure residents feel valued and taken care of. Amazing personalities amazing living I’ve lived in Columbus for 17 years and it means a lot to say this has been the most pleasant place to move into. Good neighbors and a wonderful staff in the leasing office makes a great community. I personally have not had a single issue. My daughters are safe and that alone holds heavy value.
Incredible staff! I've been living here now for 3 years and I couldn't be happier about it. Being confined to a wheelchair has been a difficult transition for me but the apartment layout is very wheelchair friendly. My neighbors are all friendly and will stop and chat for a bit making it feel like a community. I can't speak enough about the staff. Great place to live! I have been at Summerview for 10 years now! It's an awesome community. I love the office and maintenance staff. The rent is the lowest in the area. I would definitely recommend living here!
