Dr. Lopez and the entire staff is so kind and professional! I came to ER at midnight and they explained everything they did, acted fast and completed all the necessary analysis and labs. Keep up with the great work they do and thank you for a great customer service experience.
Took my 9 year old in for a wrist injury. The staff was absolutely amazing. Bernie, Emily, Jamie, Evelyn and Dr. Bryan were all very caring, kind, friendly and informative. The best care I've had in an emergency room.
I rarely leave reviews, but their service was outstanding and they deserve praise for it. I only waited for about 5 minutes after check-in. After that, they immediately took all vitals and ran all lab work. I had my results within half an hour and received all medication and discharge instructions within a timely manner. The staff was all very nice and gracious. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
We highly recommend El Paso Emergency Room West. All the nurses and staff were very nice and helpful. It was a very short wait for my daughter before seeing the doctor. Dr. Ibarra was very professional and quick to diagnose my daughter's illness. After the doctor treated my daughter, my daughter left feeling 100% better. The facility is the cleanest medical facility we have ever been in.
