We are extremely disappointed with the service department of this company. We purchased a 42' Boston Whaler, but when the sun shade failed, it took over a year and a half for Sun Country to fix it. They still have not completed the job, and refuse to schedule a date to install the cover. Tim, the service manager will assure you that they "have it on the list", but he has "higher priority jobs" than yours. Once they get your money, apparently you are no longer someone they care about.
