Update: as of 5/18/24, we are at 99% solution, with just touchups to the front door remaining. The painting was otherwise very well done. The stucco patches to the foundation were blended unevenly, but are mostly covered by mulch. There was apparently a large disconnect between what the sales team promised and what the labor crew claimed was realistic and we the customer were left out of that conversation until we voiced complaint. I got windows from them, here is my experience. I'll start with the pros. Everything up into the window installation was great. As soon as you sign off on that contract they are a great company up until your windows are installed. So here's the cons of my personal experience. First - the screen door debacle. We paid for 7 windows and a sliding door. The sliding doors screen wasn't included and we weren't told at the signing. Was told by my wife I had to be home by 6 because the window gentleman was coming. Mike called with a time and showed up exactly when he said. He came asked what we were looking for. He Measured all the windows sat down talked about our budget. Went through everything and different options. Mike was able to go under our original budget expectations. I am very confident that we are getting the best windows in FLORIDA. Thank you Mike and Sunbelt for helping us with new windows. GOD BLESS

Sunbelt Home Solutions was great to work with. Jennifer came out to walk us through options and had samples that demonstrated the energy efficiency of their windows. She took measurements which were later confirmed by an another team member who made sure all of the dimensions were correct. The windows were available within 6 weeks and they installed them over the course of two days (we replaced all of our windows). Their team was professional and polite. We had Sunbelt Home Solutions paint our home. The company was easy to work with throughout the process. They worked with our HOA and helped us navigate the paperwork. We expected the process to take a while. We went on vacation for the week, the project manager called us a couple of times while we were gone to confirm a few details.
