Out of all the storage facilities I have ever had to deal with SunCo by far and away is the best! Setting up and reserving a unit is stupid easy you can handle it online, no surprise costs, you can budget from the keyboard without generative AI pestering you, move through the size options, you are given the unit and pass code, and free reign from there to handle your business. Cost is more than fair and more reasonable than other facilities and more secure. And you can speak to the actual agent or manager at your fingertips.... read more
I cannot say enough great things about Amani! She provided absolutely amazing customer service. She and Liz went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Amani was incredibly pleasant throughout the entire experience.. It’s rare to come across someone with such stellar customer service and genuine kindness. Amani is truly exceptional and such a huge asset to this company!!!
It says 24 access and 24 security but it’s not!!! The code they give you don’t work 1/2 the time and now I’m locked out on Christmas and Christmas Eve trying to get “Santa” gifts and they ain’t answering the phone do not rent from this place!!!!!
Amani has some of the best customer service skills! She was amazing and uplifting. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome to the company. Thank you so much Amani keep up the wonderful work. Your skills will take you far in life.
Great storage place to rent! Communication is awesome. I currently live out of state and when there was a big storm near Sunco storage they made sure to communicate in a timely manner to assure my belongings were untouched! Definitely recommend
