I had a wonderful experience with this dermatology practice. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Had my first annual appointment with Dr Cooper ( Dr Gross retired) and it was a great experience! She was extremely thorough, listened to my questions/provided answers and guidance. I like that she is younger and understands the changing needs of women’s skin in addition to hopefully being in practice for the long haul. Also, the office and clinical assistant staff are wonderful. 10/10.
As usual a very competent service and will surely miss Dr. Gross but am sure Dr.Cooper will be equally as good. Looking forward to meeting her at my next appointment. I read her bio and am confident in her abilities as well. Always a pleasure being in such confident hands.😊
From the moment I walked through the door, the office staff was warm and friendly. Dr. Cooper made my appointment feel comfortable, efficient, and professional, and my annual skin check was very thorough without ever feeling rushed. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and everyone made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!
This was my first appointment since Dr Gross retired. He practiced dermatology in St Augustine for many years. His patients were comfortable with his dry sense of humor. I was a little apprehensive about his replacement. My appointment was with Dr Cooper. She immediately put me at ease and did a thorough exam. She will be an asset to that practice.
