Had my first annual appointment with Dr Cooper ( Dr Gross retired) and it was a great experience! She was extremely thorough, listened to my questions/provided answers and guidance. I like that she is younger and understands the changing needs of women’s skin in addition to hopefully being in practice for the long haul. Also, the office and clinical assistant staff are wonderful. 10/10.
I had a wonderful experience with this dermatology practice. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My appointment was on time and the staff was very courteous. Dr Cooper was pleasant and knowledgeable. She clearly explained everything and performed the shave biopsy painlessly! From start to finish it was a great experience. I highly recommend this practice.
This was my first appointment since Dr Gross retired. He practiced dermatology in St Augustine for many years. His patients were comfortable with his dry sense of humor. I was a little apprehensive about his replacement. My appointment was with Dr Cooper. She immediately put me at ease and did a thorough exam. She will be an asset to that practice.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Cooper about a spot on my back that I thought looked suspicious. She determined within seconds that it wasn’t skin cancer and was immediately trying to get me out the door. I had other issues that I wanted to discuss and despite the poster in the exam room saying to ask the doctor about any concerns, she was almost mocking me for bringing up things that weren’t part of my scheduled appointment.
