I had a wonderful experience with this dermatology practice. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I barely waited at all in the waiting room, which was a huge plus. The doctor was thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. From the moment I walked through the door, the office staff was warm and friendly. Dr. Cooper made my appointment feel comfortable, efficient, and professional, and my annual skin check was very thorough without ever feeling rushed. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and everyone made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!
All the women are extremely nice and accommodating. Nobody wants skin cancer but luckily they've helped me become more aware of what looks 'funky' so I can have it frozen before it becomes more serious. Very professional and efficient.
If I could give no stars that would be my rating. I was a former patient of Dr. Gross for many years, he is/was the best. I get it, we all want to move towards retirement, so that I understand. I was introduced to Dr. Cooper because Dr. Gross has limited appointments now. What an absolute horrible experience and a big waste of my copay. She misdiagnosed a spot on my lip (never healed), took something off on my shoulder that wasn't anything, but she got super excited as she stated "Oh, something for me to do today" and never ... read more
