Finding new doctors after a move can be intimidating. For years, I avoided it so much so that I continued making a two hour drive to see my old dermatologist. As a new patient, I sensed right away that choosing Suncoast was a good decision. They were very busy, but the entire staff was friendly and outgoing. I felt as if I had been a patient for a long time. Jessica was very thorough and trustworthy in getting my treatment underway and I look forward to going back.
I discovered a suspicious looking mole and called same day. I am not a patient here so I assumed that it would be a while before I could get an appointment. I was able to get in the very next morning.. My visit was time efficient and all of the staff were super friendly. I highly recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions.
Great staff and surgeon! Crystal and Ben were most instrumental in getting me ready for today's procedure. I will let you know how Dr. Mirza did with his sewing project on me. He has a great bedside manner and personality.
I was incorrectly charged $100 for my copay instead of the correct $40 copay. I take partial responsibility for not knowing this prior to paying. However, I figured it out in a matter of minutes while waiting in the lobby. When I talked to the female that took my payment, she said she did not have the ability to refund me and/or make a correction, I would need to go through the billing department to resolve.
