Martin Burke and the staff are the most dope group of people I have ever encountered in an office setting. This was my first appointment with Suncoast Skin Solutions. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The waiting room is bigger than I expected so patience can spread out. The exam room was clean and well organized. Dr Lockwood was very attentive to my skin concerns, listening to what I had to say and then providing positive feedback. Dr Ko and the staff at the Brandon location are amazing. I rarely write reviews, however when a scheduled surgery happens at the time it is scheduled, in my experience it is rare and refreshing. I was in and out within 40 minutes of having a pretty 2 and 1/2 inch cyst removed. My first visit was less than 20 minutes in total as well, she came in right after check in and immediately knew the diagnosis and set my mind at ease.
If I had the ability to give them 0 stars I would. I was running late to the appointment, and every step of the way I let them know and that it would be okay to arrive up to 15 mins late. Well unfortunately I arrived 17 minutes late and after receiving a call from the office advising that I was cutting it close I clearly asked if it would be an issue. Julie was fantastic. Very thorough and knowledgeable and she answered every question I had. A true professional. She spent the proper amount of time with me and I never felt rushed.
