Good experience. I got there 15 minutes early. Did not have to wait long for my appointment at 8:30am. I think, I got call in right on time. Front office ladies were very nice knowledge of Insurance. They make sure my insurance is good. I saw Dr. Josef, he was nice as well. I would recommend this office in Riverview.

I was confused with my insurance. Rosalyn at the front desk went above and beyond to fix the issue. May also helped me by taking me back and removing mole after the insurance issue was handled. I can't stress how good Rosalyn the front desk person is.

There was a reason why I could get a quick appointment, I doubt anyone would go back a second time. The medical person I saw was totally uninterested in the fact that my skin was attached to a living person. No communication except when I asked a question and that was responded to with a few word mumble. Then they were out the door while saying that I would hear back from them by an AI computer ! I will never visit this location again. I hear good things about the Brandon one. Waited 24 hours after visit. They sent to the wrong pharmacy. Drove back to location to get prescription. Waited 45 mins for them to send to right pharmacy. Horrible front office staff. Zero people skills.

1000 stars out of 10. From the moment I opened the door to checking out— I felt seen, heard, and welcomed as a new patient. Dr. Doenges and staff were courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable with ease, grace, and humor! Thank you for making what I thought would be a scary visit the best part of my day.
