I moved recently from Portland, Oregon to Atlantic beach, Florida. I needed to transfer my dermatology care to a local location. When I called they were incredibly efficient about getting me in because of two concerns of squamous cell cancer. They called me back as they had a cancellation so I was able to be seen even earlier. Very well run and professional- Dr Michael Bernhardt is just amazing and gives you the time needed to answer questions and come up with solutions. The whole medical team is great, the reception team was efficient and my wait time in the lobby was under 10 min to be seen. Would recommend highly.

Do not go here. I went here to be treated for eczema. I was greeted by two college age nurses who were very friendly and nice and gave me much more insight than the doctor, they looked at my skin and said that i had a pretty serious case and that they’d discuss with the doctor about prescribing be some steroid cream. They leave, doctor comes in and looks at me for less than 5 minutes tells me it’s not that serious prescribes me a non-medicated moisturizer. I just had a shocking appointment with Dr. Bernhardt at this location. I took my 12 year old daughter in for a follow up appointment with him to discuss some alternate treatments for her perorial dermatitis. He was rude, insulting, brash and unprofessional saying that I came in with my fists up and ready for a fight. I asked him what gave him that impression because I was there for his help. I was promptly seen. The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr Hurt was pleasant and thorough. She conducted the examine as quickly as possible. She explained everything at my level.
