Very impressed with everyone at the office! The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable with a friendly demeanor that put my teenager at ease. They gave us options on what steps we could take next. Also an assistant discovered a mole in my sons back that needed to be removed and was so good, my son wasn’t even nervous or feel it being numbed.
I moved recently from Portland, Oregon to Atlantic beach, Florida. I needed to transfer my dermatology care to a local location. When I called they were incredibly efficient about getting me in because of two concerns of squamous cell cancer. They called me back as they had a cancellation so I was able to be seen even earlier. I came there to have something called mole surgery or Mose surgery for a cancerous lesion on my face, I saw doctor gross a few weeks before that and he told me to make another appointment, I thought I was going to see doctor gross whom I really like very much. And he's been my dermatologist for at least 10 to 15 years. But I did not get to see doctor gross, I got to see some strange doctor that I didn't know that was not particularly friendly and . Very well run and professional- Dr Michael Bernhardt is just amazing and gives you the time needed to answer questions and come up with solutions. The whole medical team is great, the reception team was efficient and my wait time in the lobby was under 10 min to be seen. Would recommend highly.
I just had a shocking appointment with Dr. Bernhardt at this location. I took my 12 year old daughter in for a follow up appointment with him to discuss some alternate treatments for her perorial dermatitis. He was rude, insulting, brash and unprofessional saying that I came in with my fists up and ready for a fight. I asked him what gave him that impression because I was there for his help.
