First time visiting and I arrived 20 minutes early. They had me fill out some paperwork and was taken in on time. They had a resident look at my child due to some odd looking acne she had. The doctor came in shortly after and was thorough and explained everything. She had to have antibiotics which I understand, I just wish there were some holistic remedies available or discussed. Otherwise, I will definitely be returning.
Dr. Kwong and PA were kind , thorough and efficient. I booked a same day appointment with no issues. I would comment on reception which was not pleasant but hang in there once past that office treatment the medical treatment was above what I expected. I believe the receptionist has the ability to grow if mentored as her approach is almost strangely hostile that at first is maddening yet sad after seeing similar reviews.
We went to visit Dr. Kwong's office for the first time today and loved them! The staff was great and helpful and the assistant, PA and doctor were all quick and listened to what we had to say. I don't understand all the bad reviews about the front desk. I thought she was funny, helpful, and thorough. Just because someone isn't super bubbly doesn't mean they suck at their job. I called to make an appointment for a four year old boy after already doing my research and suspecting JPD. I chose Dr Kwong since she used to be a “pediatric” dermatologist I figured she’d be knowledgeable in a specifically juvenile disorder. We couldn’t get an appointment for numerous weeks but I figured her expertise would be worth the wait despite a worsening condition causing him to only walk on his heels due to bleeding fissures near toes on both feet. The doctors are fantastic!!!! Very good I would go back just for them. I’m leaving this review for the woman who is working upfront and is just rude. Absolutely rude has no manners whatsoever And gives you an attitude when she has to do anything. I do not know why she even has a job. I’m sure anyone else could do a better job
