Our first appointment with this office. Front desk (Timeca?) was very friendly and we shared a few laughs, not sure why anyone would say otherwise. Dr. Kwong was great. Definitely knows her stuff and even clarified and explained why and what was causing my daughter's skin issues. We were in and out with a clear plan of action quickly. I’ve been a patient here for about three years and have consistently had excellent care from Dr. Kwong and her PA, Hannah. They are professional, kind, and thorough. Unfortunately, the front-desk experience has been a persistent issue throughout my time as a patient. Took my special needs child to see Dr. Kwong. He is generally very anxious with new doctors so I was nervous about the appointment, especially once I knew he needed to have a procedure done. She was absolutely incredible with him though and the appointment could not have gone better. Highly recommend Dr. Kwong!
My husband and daughter had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kwong for their skin condition. We were so impressed with her exceptional care and friendly demeanor. Dr. Kwong and her office were always so welcoming and made our visits a breeze. We highly recommend Dr. Kwong - she’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a truly caring touch.
Dr. Kwong and PA were kind , thorough and efficient. I booked a same day appointment with no issues. I would comment on reception which was not pleasant but hang in there once past that office treatment the medical treatment was above what I expected. I believe the receptionist has the ability to grow if mentored as her approach is almost strangely hostile that at first is maddening yet sad after seeing similar reviews.
