Dr. Coles has always wanted to be a Veterinarian. She loved animals and was fascinated by science and nature at a young age. When she was 5 years old, she lost a beloved cat. The kind veterinarian patted her on the head and said “little girl, have your Mother get you another kitty”. Those words changed her life and she vowed to become a veterinarian and never ever say those words to another grieving child. Even after 33 years of practicing medicine, she has kept that vow.

My friend recommended this location for my fur baby . I got an appointment right away, the staff was very friendly and informative. They treated her for allergies and were spot on . Our Daisy is a happy puppy and doing very well since her visit . I appreciate the vet took this approach too see if it the allergy treatments worked before we tried other treatments and was very affordable! Thank you all Before and after treatments. I started going here 6 years ago when I recently moved to this area. I will admit that they have some amazing doctors but I am not sure what is happening lately. I called 3 days in a row at different times and I keep getting a machine that says they are closed. So I had to call a different vet to make an appointment. The odd thing is that I keep getting automatic emails of $25dlls off your next visit, etc. I really hope they haven't gone fully automated, while it is great sometimes, I feel it really removes the empathy we ne... read more
I am writing this review to tell you that my cat Sourpatch had to be put to sleep today. The ER vets at Blue Pearl took care of her Tuesday when she had a diabetic stroke, as well as today with what was at least a 45 min seizure. I say 45 min because I actually have no idea when it started. Blue Pearl told me that her insulin was way too high and asked me what I was doing. So tired of horrible, inexperienced, careless, convict / criminal vet techs (face, finger tats & behavior to match) handling my little ones. Must've jabbed my 15 year senior 5 pounder w a dozen jabs to the jugular for a blood sample while listening to him scream & still nothing. Not a clue what they're doing & content to do so, literally couldn't care less. Feel terrible about the pain they've caused him & for taking him here. Not a safe place to care for a loved one.
The staff at Sundance is amazing! Very informative, friendly, and comforting. We just moved to Phoenix from St. Louis Missouri and will for sure be going here for our new primary vet!
