Danny & Tracy were very informative helpful and friendly. Tracy took her time and answered all of our questions. Excellent customer service by both of them.
The program itself at 4 PM was presented very well by Bridget. Your initial visit to Sundance is made better by the nice clean orderly office and reception. The things I found wrong included The fact that the person who I first spoke with on the phone told me it was about a 30 minute presentation and as it was I was there two hours; they should politely tell people they might shut their phones off while they are in the presentation; and despite the fact that no one loves children more than I do it is not a place to bring y... read more
It was very knowledgeable ,the staff was very welcoming and the whole deal just wasnt for myself and my hisband . We dont travel much ,just to families ,thank u for all that ur company offered and it was definitely intresting . .
Our experience was very pleasant. All of the staff was friendly and informative. Your representatives were not "pushy" and we had a great conversation.
Our rep Sarah was very friendly and let us know we were her main priority. She explained how we could get the most out of our vacation plan.
