Great presentation. Precise and to the point. Salesman were not too pushy. Great job overall. We were skeptical. Staff did a good job of making us feel comfortable, while still able to get across a lot of information in a short time.
Everyone was very friendly and professional I'm glade we came.
The guy that did my presentation was awesome, I didn't buy a package but I will travel with Sundance in the future because of him

Although the product offered did not suit my needs of my particular situation at the moment, Chris was amazing: he explained the offerings, emphasized the advantages of the offering, was knowledgeable and open to discussion and did not come across as pushy when we realized the offerings were not the best fit for me. Everybody I met at the Parsippany agency was courteous. I left the agency with a good impression of the company.

Nice presentation. It was a good deal for families that vacation a lot. Good packages offered. No hatd or unpleasant selling pitch and kept their commitment of the free travel deal.
