We brought a curry goat plate and oxtail plate. They served the driest oxtails I have ever had. Who serves oxtails that is not wet from its own juices. This restaurant cook everything with sugar. Mac n cheese, oxtails, cabbage all had too much sugar. Why is sugar even in the mac or cabbage?? Not a place I would fancy.
extremely disappointing. i spent about $23 on very small portions. jerk chicken was was okay. I got an extra side of mac and cheese that was an upcharge of $3. i asked if they could put it in a separate container and they said no. I had the curry oxtail. Delicious! It was seasoned well and a little spicy. Just the way I like it! The oxtails were a little on the small size but overall it was all good.
I would have given them a 5, but they did not have jerk pork anymore, though they advertise that they do. It's not quite the same as in Jamaica, but a nice substitute if you really want some jerk chicken. The guy working the front counter was great. Oh and the flavor Of the Jerk chicken is delicious!
