I've been here 3 years in counting...4 management companies.... 4 property managers and for the 1st time they have boots on the ground. Now I won't pretend as if everything is sunshine and rainbows however the work is being done; with hopes over the next year when its time to review my lease again I'll be able to update with 5 stars. I hope this message finds whomever that is looking for a place to call “HOME” well.. After 5 LONG years of pure pain & suffering my lease ended in mid May for which I was able to finally toss all my hard working decor & furniture to the dumpster and NEVER look back under many unbearable reasonings: 1) The rent being over priced. 2) Rodents & pest out of control (Raccoons, Rats, roaches & termites). 3)VERY Outdated appliances. This apartment complex the management is unbelievable writing Behalf of my friends who live there and I know them for well over 20 years they would not lie how can you run a business like this ? You walk into People apartments recording People while they are sleeping??? Really who does that ?? Is that even legal? No where did we sign the least that said it was okay ?? The people here don't know how to put there trash in a dumpster or trash compactor having said that police and security should Enforce littering and charge them 500$ also the community should hire a security guard or the police to patrol the area and not let people throw garbage in the lake and everywhere else that is killing the ducks and other animals. Also alot sharp glass that has and is still hurting kids running around. What do we pay taxes for to sit back and live in a landfill?

Worst experience ever moving into Sunny lakes. This property is not stable enough to keep Management. I’ve been though three management groups. Ive have to report an electrical problem to the fire department who fined Sunny lakes amount of times. Trash is piled up in the back of my apartment where I sat at trying to relax for weeks even a month. There are shootings loud music drugs around this complex.
