I had the opportunity to go to Sunny Shores for the first time yesterday for a tooth that couldn't be fixed and needed pulling. The front end staff, Dr. Lee and his assistant were very professional yet extremely caring and compassionate. The level of care of impressive and I highly recommend them. I am not a fan of dentists (who is?) but they made the appointment as good as it gets and day after, no pain. 10 stars!
Im very impressed with this Dentist office! They have the best vibe when you walk in and you can tell they are like a Family to each other. The energy is warm and inviting and they are very efficent. Their ladies at the front of billing masters and everything is always handled properly. They remembered details about me and were prepared and so accommodating. They are wonderful with my 7 year old who was nervous about the dentist as well. 10 stars:)
I had an appointment with Dr Perry for an assessment for a possible implant. I had waited months for the appointment. I arrived at 2:10 PM on time and completed the medical questionnaire and was taken into the treatment room where I waited for 40 minutes before seeing the dentist. I had previously arranged for my x-rays to be sent over from my family dentist however the assistant could not initially locate them and advised I would need additional x-rays taken. Dr. Li is an amazing dentist. I go to him for all my dental needs, sunny shores location is perfect and everyone from reception to the dental chair is a solid 10/10 Dr. Vitoratos and Dr. Li have been great at getting me scheduled in rapidly for a multitude of dental issues from basic fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Sunny Shores dental has been so good to me. As someone who came in with several years of no dental work after a traumatic dental experience, they took me on with kindness & grace. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. I see Colleen for cleanings and absolutely love her. Very easy to talk to, personable & happy.
