This is not a place that many people would think of visiting for a relaxing afternoon, but they actually have beautiful gardens that are open to the public with several entries throughout the neighborhood. There are some forested memorial trails, many sections dividing the graves and plaques. It's extremely reflective to walk-through and see the thought and care some families have put into their loved ones resting place. Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes cared for my father, who recently passed. We couldn't have asked for more than what Jordan did for our family. She made the process easy, and the service was a fitting end to dad's life. Thank you, Jordan.

I recently wrote a review about my experience with the Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes. My sweet "little 50 year old brother" died on October 24, 2018. My sister, mother, niece were all able to contact the ladies at this mortuary even though some of us had nothing to do with my brother's insurance and we were all within three states. Losing a loved one is always difficult and having to work through the funeral arrangements amidst the grieving process makes it even more difficult. I have gone through Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes twice now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. They are very reverent and are sensitive to the emotions that you are going through. We are trying to prepare for my mothers upcoming service here. No hours of operation posted online anywhere. I just got back from attempting to go before typical office hours 5pm. I arrived just after 4:30 only to discover they were closed. So I went to see if they had posted hours by the door. Just then some guy rolls up tells me they are closed, thanks captain obvious. When my cousin, who was my best friend as well, passed away at the beginning of the year, my family was really having a hard time with his death. My mother in-law passed on Jan. 01. This company said they would call when ashes and death certificate were ready. Between Jan. 07 and Jan. 21st we called 4 times. Each time were told she was not ready, get this they said they were backed up because a large number of folks had passed during the first week .
