I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with my physical therapy at Sunnyview Therapy Services - Albany. My therapist Eileen was excellent. She was very kind and patient and prompt and knowledgeable in terms of proper exercises for my neck problems at the office and also at home. I had an extremely wonderful experience with my PT. She was excellent,gave great directions, gave hand out of my home exercises. She was very kind and caring, I felt very care about and that I was always working toward my goals. She explained everything and made sure I understood what muscle group the exercise was focused on. I always understood the plan and were we were headed. She gave encouraging and positive feedback. I completely my PT with a plan for the future and direction on what to do if I needed help. Sunnyview will whip you back in shape in no time. Matt is very meticulous in making sure you understand the importance of doing your exercises at home, and is professional and respectful when needing to manipulate tight muscles. This was my 2nd time using Sunnyview, and I would use them again.
I was able to get a same day appointment which was wonderful. Each time I went for my treatment they were all very friendly. The facility was clean and organized.
Compared to the way I was when admitted, I could run a marathon when I was discharged. It was my second time there, but I had been admitted to other inpatient rehab’s , but they couldn’t shine Sunnyveiw’s shoes . I will definitely recommend Sunnyveiw to anyone who is unfortunately in need of physical/occupational therapy, they are the best 👍
