I was very pleased with my progress for the 5 months I went to P T., I had Neha as my therapist. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend anyone who needs P T. To go there. I will miss her.
Efficient, friendly, professional in a nutshell. Novita is a knowledgeable therapist. I met her twice for couple of pain issues I had for over two years. She was careful to assess pain (muscle strength) and intuitive to recommend exercises. I have been diligently doing the exercises. Two months later, I am free of pain and feel stronger. Clean environment. Front desk staff is very friendly and very easy to schedule appointments. Facility has ample parking spaces.
Neha is very knowledgeable. She helped me significantly with balance and core strength exercises following hip replacement surgery. She is very patient and kind. I highly recommend the Sunnyview Rehab therapy facility in Troy.
My therapist was professional and knowledgeable about my need for vestibular rehab. What struck me most was how tuned in she was to how I was responding to each activity. I was always challenged but never pushed beyond my limits. I highly recommend Sunnyview. I feel that I have made great progress and have learned strategies to deal with a problem that will never be completely resolved.
Does "Physical Therapy" sound like fun? No? Well, you're right. it's not exactly "fun", but it's definitely worth doing. It's work, but work can be rewarding, especially when it's guided by a caring, therapist like Alyssa, at Sunnyview (Vandenberg Ave).
