Since going to therapy, my shoulders have gotten better. Novita Baldeo is the truth. Baby she done worked my shoulders and they're improving. The whole staff is friendly and kind. I love this place. Welp that's it for now, I gotta go soak in some hot water and Epsom salt lol. Thank you Novita for all you do.
My therapist was professional and knowledgeable about my need for vestibular rehab. What struck me most was how tuned in she was to how I was responding to each activity. I was always challenged but never pushed beyond my limits. I highly recommend Sunnyview. I feel that I have made great progress and have learned strategies to deal with a problem that will never be completely resolved.
Does "Physical Therapy" sound like fun? No? Well, you're right. it's not exactly "fun", but it's definitely worth doing. It's work, but work can be rewarding, especially when it's guided by a caring, therapist like Alyssa, at Sunnyview (Vandenberg Ave). We followed Alyssa from her previous location and recommend her without reservation. I was very pleased with my progress for the 5 months I went to P T., I had Neha as my therapist. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend anyone who needs P T. To go there. I will miss her.
