I walked in expecting to walk out empty-handed. I was surprised at how well they treated me and made me feel a little bit more secure about my decisions. I left with a brand new jet blaster PWC. Could not be happier. Keith was fantastic along with the loan department, maintenance department and the parts department.
Just purchased a 2025 Goldwing Touring. Andre is the best salesman I’ve encountered in a long time. They closed at 4pm yet he stayed 2 hours past closing helping us figure out the best way to secure our bikes in our trailer. If you’re going to shop for any Honda bike/product ask for ANDRE, he will take care of you!
First, let me say that the crew at Sunrise have been spectacular. Angie in the service department works endlessly to take care of their customers. Our salesman and the finance team were courteous and professional. We loved our experience there. After taking delivery of our new boat, however, we discovered some issues. Long story short, my boat was at the dealership for three weeks after purchasing it while Sunrise tried to get the issues resolved through Stingray. Everyone there was super helpful and nice. even when they didn’t have the bike I wanted in stock Heather found me one, kept me updated the whole time we were waiting for it to come in, and her and Clay had everything ready to go for me when I went to pick it up. Jose helped us pick out the perfect ATV for our grandchildren for Christmas! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us time to think it over. When we came back the next day to final our purchase, he introduced us to the other staff in the event we needed to utilize their services in the future!
