I walked in expecting to walk out empty-handed. I was surprised at how well they treated me and made me feel a little bit more secure about my decisions. I left with a brand new jet blaster PWC. Could not be happier. Keith was fantastic along with the loan department, maintenance department and the parts department.
The service dept is amazing! I called at 4 on a Friday needing boat repairs. I brought it there before they closed and they immediately began diagnosing. They were able to get me back on the water the next morning. I highly recommend them for any service needs. Thank you to Angie for always going above and beyond!
Just purchased a 2025 Goldwing Touring. Andre is the best salesman I’ve encountered in a long time. They closed at 4pm yet he stayed 2 hours past closing helping us figure out the best way to secure our bikes in our trailer. If you’re going to shop for any Honda bike/product ask for ANDRE, he will take care of you!
First, let me say that the crew at Sunrise have been spectacular. Angie in the service department works endlessly to take care of their customers. Our salesman and the finance team were courteous and professional. We loved our experience there. After taking delivery of our new boat, however, we discovered some issues. Keith was great to work with. Very friendly with strong communication and great customer service. After speaking with Keith and discussing what I was looking for I was comfortable enough to drive from Texas to their location in Arkansas to finalize the transaction and pick up the SxS.
