I've bought a motorcycle and a side by side from them and had a great experience both times. The sales team is always friendly and helpful. I have noticed at times that they are more content to let you walk around and look without making contact than other places, but that actually suits my shopping preferences.
Recently bought a used Honda motorcycle here. Pros: Friendly salesman and easy and quick to do the paperwork. Cons: Charged additional $289 (on top of purchase price) for "Service and Detail". Upon checking the bike at home, the air filter was completely clogged and the chain and front sprocket were filthy, service items which should have been changed or cleaned as part of this 'service'.
