I recently visited Sunrise Oral Surgery and overall had a good experience. Dr. was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I appreciated the quality of care I received. However, my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I didn’t see the doctor until about an hour and a half later. The long wait was a bit frustrating and could definitely be improved.
Ambiance: Immediately as you walk in, the interior of Sunrise is so on theme🌞, inviting, and color coordinated that it feels professionally curated. Service: Their staff walks you through every process, making sure that you understand exactly what it is they are doing and why they are doing it. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in any dental office. My dad came with me for my wisdom teeth surgery and he could not stop raving about how clean the place is and how friendly and thorough the staff is. This was my first time being put under sedation and I get very nervous with needles and the staff was just phenomenal. Answered all my questions, helped me relax and feel ready. Dr. Jose Alamo was absolutely AMAZING! He took out all four of wisdom teeth, quick and painless! I’m barely swelling up, and almost pain free. Ms. Kim was also great! During the whole procedure she made sure I was feeling okay and checked me on throughout! If you need any type of extraction this is the best place to go!! The next day after my procedure, they checked in to make sure I was doing okay. Such amazing care! Even the front desk ladies were kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone! 10/10!!
What a wonderful office! I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted in such short notice, and this was the only office available to help me and accepted my insurance. From booking my appointment to aftercare consultations, Sunrise Oral surgery was very welcoming, kind, and efficient!
