First of all I want to thanks Sunsational for really make our backyard a place where we can enjoy even more, Im in the pool business for 15 years and Ive done many work with pool builders during this period that Im in the industry, I decided to use Sunsational to build our first pool not because I knew them or I worked with them before, I chose them because I only heard good things about it and I really like what they did, Im not going to lie there was a bit of bump during the building process but they really take care of it... read more

Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Do not expect for them to honor their work with warranty!! They will make excuses not to warranty. I had several problems during their repair, including Bobcat *** damaged the wall on a brand new house that was being built and rain gutter.Warranty problem: 4 years later rust started leaking at the sun shelf. I was told I would have to pay if it's not under warranty. I said OK thinking that it would be under the warranty I still have.
