I went to the office for the first time today, and WOW, what a fantastic experience! The staff - educated, friendly, pereonable and transparent! Dr. Lindsey- Love her! Very impressed! I hate the dentist like most folks but I felt right at home here! The technician who worked me up was so friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. The doctor was very pleasant and kind. Didn’t even feel the novocaine!! Beautiful office as well, actually looking forward to future appointments with them!
I’ve been coming to this location for well over a year, and every single visit has been a positive experience. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with kindness and efficiency by the front desk staff. The dental hygienists, assistants, and check-out team are all friendly and professional, making each appointment seamless. Most of all, Dr. Lenzi is exceptional—thorough, gentle, and truly caring. You can tell the entire team takes pride in providing excellent patient care. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience so far with Sunset Harbor Dental. I had no problem getting an appointment for s broken tooth snd I needed s extraction. I printed the paperwork from their site and that was it. When I arrived the staff was kind and polite. The sitting room wait time was was on-time with my appointment. The dental assistant was very sweet and funny, and explained everything. My Dentist was Dr. Chavez she had great bedside manner, she listened, explained everything and was extremely GENTLE!!!! My experience with this Dental practice has been wonderful ! Everyone is so nice and have been nothing but kind through this whole process. I Would highly recommend SUNSET HARBOR Dental. They take every CARE to make sure you are comfortable. I have very high anxiety and they have put me at ease when it comes to having Dental work in the future.
