I had a great experience with the staff and Dr of this office. I was greeted nicely when I entered the building. The dental technician or assistant was very courteous and thorough. She explained everything to me of what my dental issues were and even helped me to receive some financial help. The Dr was absolutely phenomenal and explained everything in detail and depth. Great bedside manners from both staff. I have found my comfort zone. Wish I would have visited sooner. Thank you all at Sunset Hatbot Dental.
I moved here almost 2 years ago and I had gone to another dentist and was so disappointed. A friend told me about Sunset Harbor and thank goodness. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I also like the cleanliness of the facility. Their pricing schedule is great and they explain everything and what needs to be done but not pushy allowing me, the patient, to decide when. They make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Let’s start by saying Jamie at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and understanding, with me not being to the dentist in a year or two she helped me get all the information I needed to make sure my check in was painless. One of my crowns broke and I was impressed with how well Sunset Harbor Dental took care of me. They explained everything including the price before working on replacing the crown. There family plan membership saved me a lot if money since I don't have Dental insurance. Their technology is very impressive. Great quality work.
From the receptionist, to the hygienist to the dentist, I was very happy. The office and staff are larger than I expected from the outside. A very attractive facility. Everyone was very capable and professional. I get the feeling this is a well run and supportive group that really cares about doing a good job and succeeding as a group.
