Sunset Harbor Dental was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a long time. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but they sure put me at ease at this location from the front desk to the doctor and her assistant. Everyone was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasurable to be around. I would highly recommend this Dental location for all your dental needs.
Let’s start by saying Jamie at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and understanding, with me not being to the dentist in a year or two she helped me get all the information I needed to make sure my check in was painless. Sunset Harbor Dental is within walking distance from my home and I don’t understand why I didn’t go there sooner 🤷♀️ It took an emergency on my part to finally go there. As a new patient, I was so appreciative of how accommodating and understanding they were to my situation. They went above and beyond to remedy my dilemma quickly! Everyone employed there is so nice, from the receptionist (and everyone in between) to Dr Chavez. I love Sunset Harbor Dental. My hygienist, Taylor, is spectacular. She is so gentle when she uses the cavitron that I barely notice it’s happening. She’s kind, caring and courteous. I also like that they don’t try to upsell me as other dentists in the area do. For today’s visit I had the option of not having x-rays because I haven’t been having issues with my teeth. I truly appreciated the choice. The staff here is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I love this place. Amazing dental Clinic and staff. Dr. Lenzi is amazing and Sharon her assistant is phenomenal. Very caring and making sure you’re ok. They did a phenomenal job with my teeth. Love that I’m able to smile and not be embarrassed to do so. A real confidence booster. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a Dental professional.
