I have been to and worked for a lot of dentists in my years but this one is the best by far. I have a huge fear of the dentist. Not only do most rip you off but there is no chair side manner. Dr. Chavez is the best! They do not over charge and she is just great. I felt nothing during my cleaning nor my fillings. I no longer have a fear of the dentist. The entire team is amazing! Took cards to hand out!
Sunset Harbor Dental exceeded all of my expectations! The lady scheduling my appointments over the phone was very pleasant and helpful in getting me and my children established as new patients. Shout-out to Dr. Chavez and her assistant Dana for exceeding my expectations and providing the best service I have ever had at a dental clinic. Hands down the best team! I went in for a root canal procedure and a crown and they made the whole experience a painless, smooth one. Everything from the attention to detail to the kind treatment was on point. I appreciate how every step of the process is discussed with the patient beforehand. From now on, I'm definitely going back to them for all things related to my dental care.
Being new to the area, selected this facility by virtue of online reviews. A great choice, this team is awesome, they made my wife and I very comfortable on our first visit, explained everything in detail on what needed to be done, a plan and the overall cost. Doctor Lenzi and her staff are simply just amazing. Herself and her staff are just great at making you feel relaxed and comfortable during your procedures. It's a beautiful facility and the place is very clean. Customer service from the front desk is also second to none, whether in person or on the phone. This kind of service is getting rare so it is great and refreshing to see that you still have an organization that makes you feel that you are a valued customer. Great job guys, you are all awesome.
