Management sucks, gates are always broken, bums digging through the trash + the new manager Jennifer is immature & unprofessional. Homeless literally rooming the halls & stairways because of the simple fact that they can & no one here seems to cares. Literally found someone sleeping in the laundry room one time. After several years of bad building managers. Alexandra our current manager is the best we have had in years. We have only good things to say about her. She’s always been kind and attentive to our issues. Always responds right away to our unit’s problems. The building has become a nicer, quieter place to live since she’s been here.
It's definitely a difficult place to visit or live due to it's not fixed up for a disabled person to get in and out easily. The units are very small and there are too many stairs to get to a unit or your apartment.
